Guted the entire building back to brickwork and injected the entire ground floor with sika damproof membrane also added to sand, cement render, applied to a height of 1 m from floor level and bonding and setting remaining walls. Rear section of house needed to be rebuilt due to subsidence from ground level to roof which included new floor joists & marine ply for tiling. The plumbing, electrics were renewed throughout fully certified & passed by local authority. Kitchen was locally sourced & templates made for black granite worktops.

The creation of an en suite shower room in the upstairs bedroom added value & convenience still retaining a 3 bed 2 bath  house. Although the property was not locally listed all original features including cornices, doors, skirtings and  staircase spindles were sympathetically restored and matched to the original. Bathrooms kitchen & floors were tiled & hardwood flooring laid to the hall lounge, diner. A pair of French doors formed access from diner to conservatory, kitchen and directly to the garden giving a very fluid feel to the downstairs.
